How We Work
Our relationship with a company begins with an understanding of the goals of senior management and the board of directors. Where is the company headed? What is the president's vision for the future? How can this best be communicated to the investment community?
This is followed by an analysis of how the company is perceived by the investment community. What major issues concern existing and potential investors about your company? Do your stakeholders have any misconceptions about the company and its stock?
We study the current holders of the company's stock. How extensive is the company's following among analysts? Among investment advisors? Among portfolio managers? Is there a broad shareholder base? Who owns the stock? Why? Why not?
We then undertake a thorough analysis of the company's current investor relations effort. What is working well? Where is the current effort directed and where is improvement possible? What new systems are required and how should they be implemented? What is most cost effective? A recommendation for future action is based on these findings and the company's requirements and resources.
